GLITTER BUTTERFLY BOX – limited edition #artistsupportpledge

A wonderfully subtle butterfly box in silvers and greys created as part of the #artistsupportpledge initiated on instagram: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many artists around the world have found themselves without work during a period which is usually full of art fairs and art trails and exhibitions. In an attempt to alleviate some of this stress the #artistsupportpledge came about where the concept is a simple one: artists must sell artwork for no more than £200 each and every time they reach £1000 sold they then buy another artist’s work for £200 and so it continues…

So I have created this as a small limited edition of 10 as part of this pledge and every 5 sold I will buy and support another artist. I have used sheens, glitter, mirrored, textured and coloured card in gorgeous greys and golds to catch the eye and includes my single signature 24crt Gold Leaf butterfly. Every butterfly is hand punched and folded and glued with precision to create order and symmetry. The 3-dimensional aspect creates beautiful shadows. Comes ready to gift or hang in a white box frame (with glass front). Black frames are also available please state your preference on ordering.
